Connecting the cables

Connect the external hard disk to your computer using
a free USB port. You can also connect the hard disk to
computers with a USB 1.1 port however the speed of
transmission will be slower.
USB connection (Back view)
1. Start your computer and wait until Windows
been fully loaded.
2. Connect the mini-USB connector of the supplied
cable to the USB port of your external hard disk.
