Contains:
1 x Rear Reinforcement H1
4 x Screw counter sunk M4x10
Tools needed:
- Marker
- Phillips screw driver
- Punch or nail
- Hammer
- Drill with Ø 4,5mm drill bit
- 90° counter sink (or larger drill bit can be used)

Installation:
1.Remove the rear rack cover.
Set the reinforcement on the rear rack as shown
on photo with nuts on the top and the half round
cut out towards the rear.

2. Make sure that the two rear plastic parts are
close together (see arrow on photo 1)
Mark the position of the four holes through the
nuts.
Please do not change the position of the
reinforcement during drawing.

3. Punch a mark in the middle of each marker
point.

4. Carefully drill four holes with 4,5mm drill bit.

5. Use 90°-counter sink to
enlarge holes for counter sunk
screw heads. Larger drill bit
could also be used to create
countter sunk.

6.Hold the reinforcement under
the plastic parts and attach it with
the screws.
7.Now you can reinstall the
rear rack cover.
