Added image stabilization assignable button options
[PXW-Z190V/PXW-Z190T]
Assignable buttons for image stabilization functions have been added for improved
operability.
SteadyShot: Same as the assignable button option available in previous version units.
The image stabilization switches between Standard  Active  Off  Standard
each time the assignable button is pressed.
SteadyShot Active: New assignable button option. The image stabilization switches
between Off and Active each time the assignable button is pressed.
SteadyShot Standard: New assignable button option. The image stabilization
switches between Off and Standard each time the assignable button is pressed.
