FIELD OF APPLICATION
The CLEAR PRO FILL CONEL mobile filling unit makes heating water treatment simple and straight-
forward. With the refillable cartridges, it supplies optionally softened, fully demineralised or fully demi-
neralised water with pH value stabilisation for heating in accordance with VDI guideline 2035 sheet 1
and protects your heating system from limescale deposits.

DESIGN
The CLEAR PRO FILL CONEL mobile filling unit includes a digital capacity control with integrated
conductivity measurement, a sampling port for soft water and a titration test.
The corresponding cartridges must be ordered to match the filling station. They are available in the
versions HWE (heating water softening), HVE (heating water demineralisation) and HVE Plus (heating
water demineralisation with pH value stabilisation). All versions are available in cartridge capacities of
2.5 litres, 4 litres and 7 litres.
When the cartridges are used up, they can be refilled with the selected replacement granulate.
3.
INSTALLATION
3.1 Install cartridge
Screw the cartridge (Fig. 3.1; [b]) to the CLEAR PRO FILL CONEL mobile filling unit (Fig. 3.1; [a]).
Then place the assembled unit on the cartridge base.
3.2 Fitting the connection hoses
Screw the connection hoses (Fig. 3.2; [c] and [d]) to the housing of the filling unit (Fig. 3.1; [a]) with
the knurled nut G 1/2".
In this case, the labelling „in" and „out" as shown in the illustration must be observed:
