MONOTRON 200

PRESENTATION

MONOTRON 200 is a 1 or 2 chan-
nel weekly time switch. The me-
mory capacity allows 20 groups
of switching actions (ON or OFF).
Each action can be assigned to
one or several days of the week.
(Those days will form a group of
days).
Warning : at the beginning of
use, we advise you to reset the
MONOTRON 200 in order to clear
the memory before program-
ming. Use a pen to push the reset
button; avoid using a sharp poin-
ted object.

RUNNING MODE AUTO
Important : to activate the pro-
gram of the MONOTRON 200,
set the switch in position AUTO.
The channels will switch auto-
matically in accordance with
the programming

channel(s)
This mode is the current
displaying mode. It doesn't
allow any programmlng or
manual override.
All keys are inactive, except

READING THE PROGRAM

Press successively the "enter"
key to display the switching
action of all the days of the
week. The actions will be
chronologically displayed,
the corresponding days(s)
are flashing.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING
THE PROGRAMMED
ACTIONS

Changing the switching time
Example: change the ON
action of Monday 7.35 to 7.50
Refer to § 5 to select the action
to modify.
Select the days(s) to be
modified. Monday should
without flashing
Display the continuous cor-
responding arrow(s), the
others keep flashing. Other
days should flash.
Modify the switching time
Enter the new input data
Warning :
In case of a full memory
(20 memorized actions)
switching time can only be
modified for the whole group of
days to which it belongs. If you
try to overload the memory by
pressinq or , or on/off keys,
MONOTRON 200 will
display "End".

Adding day(s) to a existing
switching action
Example : assign "ON" at 7.35
on Saturday
Refer to § 5 to select the action
to modify.

Cancelling the assignement of
an action on certain days
Example: cancel the
assignement "ON" at 7.35 on
Tuesday and Wednesday
Refer to § 5 to select the action

Select the days(s) to cancel.
Delete the displayed day's
arrow(s) by pressing the
coresponding keys.

MANU MODE
Allows override of both
channels ON or OFF.
Two possibilities:
- permanent override
- timed override

Permanent override
Move the switch to MANU mode
Select the state of the
channel(s) ON or OFF
To cancel the permanent
override : revert back in AUTO
mode (without Manu program-
ming display — h )

Timed override
Example : Timed OFF for 3 days
Move the switch to MANU
mode
- Input of duration, settable
from 1 to 23 hours by steps of
1 hour
- then from 1 to 27 days by
steps of 1 day (the actual
day included)
Select the state of the
channel(s) ON or OFF
Put switch back in to AUTO
mode The state indications
of the channel(s) is are fla-
shing.
That means a timed override.
After the program-med dura-
tion, the pro-gramm will follow its
normal programme.
- hours temporisation : return to
the initial program after the
precise duration
- days temporisation : return to
the initial program at 0.00 after
the number of days
To cancel the timed override :
input – h in MANU mode and
revert back to AUTO mode.
