Safety warnings and notices

• The main power switch should be installed out of the reach of children to avoid the danger

caused by them playing with the switch.

• Make sure that the power cable is removed from the power supply, if it is necessary to remove

the cover of the machine during repair and maintenance.

• The installer must read the manual and pay attention to its instructions during the commissioning

and when performing maintenance:

• The installer is responsible for the installation of the product and must follow all of the

manufacturer's connection instructions as well as adhering to all legislation. Incorrect installation

compared with the manual voids the entire product warranty.

• The manufacturer disclaims any liability for damage to persons and objects resulting from

a faulty installation in relation to the manual's guidelines. Any use that is not in accordance

with the manufacturer's instructions is considered dangerous.

• ALWAYS remove water and hoses from the heat pump during the winter, when the heat pump

is not in operation, or when the ambient temperature drops below 0°c. Otherwise, the heat

exchanger may be damaged by frost. In such a case your warranty will be void. Please also

read section 8. Winter preparation.

• Always isolate the power supply if you want to open the cabinet to reach inside the

heat pump. There is a strong current inside.

• You should check the water supply on a regular basis to avoid reduced water flow and

to avoid air getting into the system. The heat pump will not work when the water flow

is too low and air in the system can reduce the performance and reliability of the heat pump.

• Clean both your pool and filter system on a regular basis in order to avoid damage to

heat pump due to a dirty or clogged filter.

• You must empty the water from the bottom of the pool's circulation pump, if the heat pump will

unused for a longer period of time, especially during the winter season.

• The cabinet is a powder-coated metal cabinet. Rust can therefore occur - usually around

screw holes. This can unfortunately not be avoided and is not covered by the product warranty.

Installation guide

The heat pump must only be installed by ualified technicians. Incorrect installation will cause dam-

age to the unit and may result in physical injury or death for the users.

The device must be installed outdoors in a place with good ventilation. Any recycling of the heat

pump s cold discharge air as intake air for the heat pump will noticeably reduce the efficiency and

the heat pump will no longer be covered by the product warranty.

The unit can be installed almost anywhere outdoors.
