Digital professional thermometer with cable probe
• In the event of an alarm, the alarm symbol and HI or LO with the correspon-
ding symbol (upper or lower alarm limit) will be flashing. An alarm signal
sounds every 2 seconds (except when muted) and the red alarm light flashes.
• Press any button to stop the alarm sound and flashing light.
• If the alarm is active for more than one minute, the alarm is only triggered
once per minute. The alarm remains active until the temperature is no longer
higher/lower than the preset alarm limit and has not been manually stopped.
8. Battery replacement
• Change the batteries when the battery symbol appears on the display.
