KONFORMITÄTSERKLÄRUNG
Die Firma Galletti S.p.A. mit Sitz in via Romagnoli 12/A, 40010 Bentivoglio (Bolo-
gna), - Italien, erklärt auf eigene Verantwortung, dass die Kältemaschinen und
Wärmepumpen der Serie:
ECH2O, ECH2O H, MCA, MCA H, LCA, LCA H, MCC, MCC H, MCW, MCW H, MPE,
MPEH, MCE, MCEH, MFE, MXE Maschinen für Klimaanlagen im Wohnbereich, mit
den Vorschriften der folgenden EWG-Richtlinien konform sind: 73/23, 89/392, 91/
368, 93/44, 93/68, 89/336, 97/23/ CE (PED).
Diese Geräte sind das Ergebnis des Zusammenbaus von Komponenten
(Kompressoren, Wärmetauscher mit schweißgelöteten Platten, Flüssigkeitsbehälter,
Leitungen, Regel- und Sicherheitsventile), die, wenn vorgesehen, über eigene
vorschriftsgemäße Zertifikate verfügen: Die Bestimmung der Zugehörigkeitskategorie
der Maschinen ist das Ergebnis der Analyse der den PED-Richtlinien unterworfenen
Komponenten und entspricht der höchsten der verwendeten Kategorien.
Für jede Maschinenserie wurde die Konformität des Ganzen in Anwendung der
Bewertungsverfahren (Formulare) im Sinne der Richtlinie 97/23 (PED) von benannten
Stellen geprüft, wie aus der nachstehenden Tabelle hervorgeht:
Die Herstellung der Geräte LCA und LCA H (115-300) erfolgt in den Werken der Hiref S.p.a. - Galletti Group, Viale Spagna 31/33, Tribano (Padua - Italien).

DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
Galletti S.p.A. with head office in Via Romagnoli 12/a Bentivoglio (Bologna) - Italia,
declares herewith under its own responsibility that all water chillers and heat pumps
series:
ECH2O, ECH2O H, MCA, MCA H, LCA, LCA H, MCC, MCC H, MCW, MCW-H, MPE,
MPEH, MCE, MCEH, MFE, MXE units for air-conditioning systems for civil conditioning
application, are produced in accordance with following directives: CEE 73/23, 89/
392, 91/368, 93/44, 93/68, 89/336, 97/23 (PED).
These units are made by assembly of components (compressors, heat exchangers
with braze welded plates, liquid receiver, pipelines , regulating and safety valves),
each component, if requested by the law, has its own declaration in accordance with
the directives in force: the determination of the units belonging category is the result
of the analyse of all components subjected to the PED directive and correspond to
the highest class between the used components.
For each unit series the conformity of the assembly has been evaluated by notified
bodies through the application of procedure for evaluation (forms) according to the
annex II of the 97/23 PED directive, as reported in the following table:
