6.6 Tension adjustment of the door spring
The door springs are set at the factory to the proper
tension for the appliance door.
However, after installing the aesthetic wooden
panel, you will have to adjust the door spring
tension.
To do this, proceed as follows:
• Rotate the adjusting screw (see fi gure) to increase or
decrease the tension of the right and left door spring.
• The door spring tension is correctly set when the door
opens and closes easily and fl ips into the open position
by itself smoothly.

when installed under a worktop
To protect the underside of the worktop from moisture
(e.g. from steam escaping from the appliance) and
to prevent damage, attach the supplied condensation pro-
tection strip under the worktop of the cabinet.
Proceed as follows:
• Make sure that the underside of the worktop is
clean and dry.
• Glue the sealing tape to the underside of the worktop
so that it is fl ush with edge of work surface.
