Zur Wiedergabe mu8 die gleiche Spurtaste wie bei Aufnahme — in un-
serem Beispiel also 1-2 —- gedriickt und der Betriebsartenschalter
auf
START geschaltet werden.

Stop
When
you have come to the end of your recording, turn the function
selector switch to STOP. The recording button disengages and returns
to its normal position.
Erasing
Your recording is automatically wiped off as soon as you make a new
recording over the same part of the tape. This means
it is immaterial
wether you are using new or used tape for a new recording.

If you only wish to erase a tape without making a new recording, simply
turn the recording level control to "O". Turn the recording
selector to
MANUAL and depress the recording button whilst you turn the function
selector to START.
Fast Wind
You have to return your tape to the beginning of your recoraing before
you can listen to it. On the other hand you may wish to move the tape
on at fast speed to reach a Jater recording. You do this with the fast wind
facilities of the function selector. To move the tape back to the beginning,
turn the function selector to <<
= Fast Rewind. To move the tape on
at fast speed turn the function selector to
» ® = Fast Forward Wind.
Automatic Stop at End of Tape
Metal foils are fitted to the tape to actuate a switch when the tape has
come
to the end after Start or Fast Wind. To switch the set on again
after switching off by the metal foils, simply turn the function selector
one position either way.
Playback
For playback the same track selector as for recording must be depressed
and the function selector must be set to START.

When playing back through the built-in or an external loudspeaker, adjust
the volume and the tone on the tape machine.
If you play back through
a radio receiver,
set the volume
control of the TK 148 to position "0
and adjust the volume and the tone on the radio.
