Troubleshooting
If the vacuum is not working properly, the display will show an error message. Please refer to the troubleshooting table to find your solution based on the error message.

Reinstall the roller brushbar.
Remove any foreign objects clogged or tangled on the roller brushbar.
Put the vacuum on the base station to add water.
Clean the dirty water tank and reinstall it.
Reinstall the dirty water tank.
Please fill the base station water tank with water.
Reinstall the dirty water tank.
Unblock the suction port of the floor brush and the pipeline of the dirty water outlet.
Wipe off dirt from the surface of the sensor with the cleaning brush.
Contact the after-sales service team to arrange maintenance.
