Step 3
Slide the left bottom handlebar (11L) to the left side of front support tube
(12) and fasten it with one set of D type washer (39), flat washer (38), spring
washer (37) and hex head bolt (36).
Repeat for right bottom handlebar (11R).
Attach the bottle rack (16) to the front support tube (12) and screw it with
2pcs self-tapping screws (42), which are pre-assembled on the front support
tube (12).
