SAFETY
DURING
REPAIR
WORK
In order
to disassenble
and
repair
the
unit
in question,
be
sure
to disconnect
tne
power
cord
plug
from
the
power
outlet
before
starting
the
work.
If
it
1s necessary
to
replace
any
parts,
they
should
be
replaced
with
respective
genuine
parts
for
tne
anit,
and
the
replacement
must
be
effected
in
correct
manner
according
to
the
instructions
in
the
Service
Manual
of
the
unit.
If
the
contacts
of
electrical
parts
are
defective,
replace
the
electrical
parts
without
trying
to
repair
them.
After
completion
of
repairs,
the
initial
state
snould
be
restored.
Lead
wires
snould
be
connected
and
laid
as
in
the
initial
state.
Modification
of
the
unit
by user
himself
should
absolutely
be
prohibeted.
Tools
and
measuring
instruments
for
use
in repairs
or
inspection
snould
be
accurately
calibrated
in advance.
In
installing
the
unit
having
been
repaired,
be careful
to
prevent
the
occurrence
of
any
accident
such
as
electrical
shock,
leak
of current,
or
bodily
injury
due
to
the
drop
of any
part.
To
check
the
insulation
of
the
unit,
measure
the
insulation
resistance
between
the
power
cord
plug
and
grounding
terminal
of the
unit.
The
insulation
resistance
should
be 1MQ
or more
aS
measured
by a 500V
DC megger.
The
initial
location
of
installation
such
as
window,
floor
or
the
other
should
be
checked
for
being
anf
sate
enough
to
support
the
repaired
unit
again.
If it is found
not
so strong
and safe,
the
unit
should
be
installed
at
tne
initial
location
reinforced
or
at
a new
location.
Any
inflammable
thing
should
never
be
placed
about
the
location
of
installation.
Check
the
grounding
to see
whether
it
is
proper
or
not,
and
if
it
is found
improper,
connect
the
grounding
terminal
to the earth.
SICHERHEIT
BEI REPARATURARBEITEN
1.
Vergessen
Sie
beim
Ausbau
oder
bei
der
Reparatur
des
betreffenden
Gerdts
nicht,
vor
Beginn
der
Arbeit
den
Stecker
des
Stromkabels
aus
der
Netzsteckdose
zu
ziehen.
2.
Falls
Teile
ersetzt
weden
miissen,
sollten
ausschlieBlich
passende,
fir
das
betreffende
Gerdt
bestimmte
Ersatzteile
verwendet
werden
und
nach
den
Vorschriften
im
Service-Handbuch
Ssachgemab
eingebaut
werden.
3.
Nach
AbschluB&
der
Reparaturarbeiten
ist
das
Gerdt
wieder
in den
ursprtinglichen
Zustand
zu
bringen.
4, Leitungsdrdhnte
sind
anzuschlieBen
und
wie
vor
der
Reparatur
zu
verlegen.
5.
Der
Besitzer
sollte
unter
keinen
Umstdnden
selber
Anderungen
am Ger&dt
vornehmen.
6. Werkzeuge
und
Me&gerdte,
die
bei
Reparaturen
oder
Inspektionen
verwendet
werden,
sollten
im voraus
genau
geeicht
werden.
7.
Beim
Wiedereinbau
des
reparierten
Gerdts
ist
vorsichtig
umzugehen,
um
Unfadlle
wie
elektrischen
Schlag,
Stromableitung
oder
Verletzungen
durch
herunterfallende
Teile
zu
vermeiden.
8. Zur
Priifung
der
Isolierung
des
Gerats
ist.der
Isolierwiderstand
zwischen
dem
Stecker
des
Stromkabels
und
der
Erdungsklemme
des
Gerdts
zu messen.
Der
Isolierwiderstand,
gemessen
mit
einem
500V
Gleichstrom-Megohmmeter,
sollte
mindestens
1 MQ
betragen.
9.
Der
ursprungliche
Installationsort,
z.B.
Fenster,
Boden
oder
sonstige
Stellen,
ist
darauf
zu
priifen,
ob
er
das
reparierte
Gerdt
wieder
sicher
aufnenmen
Kann.
Falls
er
sich
als
nicht
fest
und
sicher
genug
erweist,
sollte
das
Gerdt
entweder
mit
zuSdtzlicher
Verstarkung
am
urspriinglichen
Ort oder an einem
neuen
Ort
installiert
werden.
10.
In der
Ndhe
des
Installationsorts
sollten
keinerlei
brennbare
Gegenst&dnde
abgestellt
werden.

Priifen
Sie,
ob das
Gerdt
ordnungsgema&B
geerdet
ist.
Falls
die
Erdung
unvollstandig
ist,
schlieBen
Sie
die
Erdungsklemme
richtig
an
Erde
an.
