Programming instructions
2.1 Introduction
First read the instructions and acquaint yourself with the relevant programming sequence.
Only start with programming after you have understood the sequence of steps.
Then follow the programming or operating steps that are indicated in the greyed-in fields.
Notice
Programming or operating sequences will be automatically terminated if the time is exceeded.
Sequential steps must be carried out within 15 seconds of each other
2.1.1 Special features of the programming
The following special features apply:
You can read in up to 50 users with two fingers.
The master finger does not have access authorisation.
The cancel finger does not have access authorisation.
Every user finger automatically receives authorisation for temporary release.
Every user finger can in addition be given the authorisation for permanent release.
Notice
Temporary release means that the external door handle is activated for about 2 seconds. The door can be
opened during this interval. After this, the external door handle is deactivated (locked) again.
Permanent release means that the external door handle is continuously activated and available for
opening, until such time as permanent release is once more switched off.
2.1.2 Preparations for reading the fingers:
With dry skin it helps to breathe on the fingers.
Do not wash your hands just before reading.
Do not use hand creams before reading.
