Produktinformation Mehrfachverriegelungsschloss 319 Allgemein Das Mehrfachverriegelungsschloss 319 (Abb. 1) ist ein mechanisch arbeitendes Einsteckschloss zur Verwen- dung in nur nach außen oder nur nach innen öffnenden einflügeligen Feuerschutztüren. Funktionen Die geschlossene Tür ist immer automatisch verriegelt (Selbstverriegelung). Einige Produktvarianten sind für Notausgänge nach DIN EN 179 geeignet und können jederzeit von innen über den Türdrücker geöffnet werden. -

E-Funktion (Wechselfunktion) Bei Schlössern mit E-Funktion ist die Tür mit einem Wechselbeschlag (Türdrücker und Türknauf ) ausge- stattet. Der Schließzylinder dient bei dieser Funktion zur manuellen Entriegelung von außen. Durch Betätigung des Schließzylinders werden die Schlossfalle und die Riegel mechanisch zurückgeschlossen. Die Tür kann begangen werden. -

Gefahr durch Veränderung von Türen in Rettungswegen: Die Sicherheitsmerkmale dieses Produkts sind eine wesentliche Voraussetzung für dessen Übereinstimmung mit DIN EN 179 und DIN EN 1125. Es dürfen keinerlei Veränderungen vorgenommen werden, die nicht in diesen Anweisungen beschrieben sind. Ungeeignete Türen vermindern den Personen- und Einbruchschutz: Nur zugelassene und technisch einwandfreie Türen sind für die Montage des Mehrfachverriegelungsschloss 319 geeignet. -

Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch Das Mehrfachverriegelungsschloss 319 ist zum Einbau in ein- oder zweiflügeligen Rohrrahmen- oder Vollblatttüren (Dornmaß ab 55 mm) aus Metall, Kunststoff oder Holz geeignet. Es darf nur dann in zweiflügelige Türen eingebaut werden, wenn sich der Standflügel sicher und spielfrei feststellen lässt und der Gangflügel gegen eine Anschlagkante läuft. -

Begriffserklärung Selbstverriegelung Bei einem Türschloss mit Selbstverriegelung ist die geschlossene Tür immer verriegelt. Steuerfalle Die Steuerfalle läuft beim Schließen der Tür auf das Schließblech auf und wird dabei eingedrückt. In Kom- bination mit der Stellung der Schlossfalle wird gesteuert, ob der Riegel ausfährt („Selbstverriegelung“, Seite 14). -

Funktionen und Bedienung Selbstverriegelung Das Mehrfachverriegelungsschloss 319 ist mechanisch selbstverriegelnd. Bei Abb. 6 : einem Türschloss mit Selbstverriegelung ist die geschlossene Tür immer Steuerfalle verriegelt. Die Entriegelung erfolgt über einen passenden Schlüssel am Schlossfalle Schließzylinder. Riegel Funktionsprinzip Beim Schließen der Tür wird die ausgefahrene Schlossfalle (Abb. 4 – 2) auf dem Schließblech nach innen gedrückt. -

Dazu wird am obersten Riegel der 3-fach-Verriegelung ein Zusatzriegel mechanisch eingehängt. Product information Multi-point lock 319 General The multi-point lock 319 (Pic. 1) is a mechanically operating mortise lock for use in single-leaf fire doors which open outwards only or inwards only. Functions The locked door is always locked automatically (automatic locking).
