Preparation
1. Unpack the device and install the accessories.

Initial startup
It is recommended that this device only be connected to
a socket that is protected by a 30 mA error current cir-
cuit breaker.
CAUTION
Danger from sharp edges
Risk of injury
Wear suitable gloves when handling the pre-filter.
Operating modes

Note
Wet vacuuming is also possible when the disposal
pump is switched off or removed. Remove disposal
pump, see dry vacuuming.
Installing the squeegees
1. Remove the brush strip.

2. Install the squeegees.
Removing the fleece filter bag
● The fleece filter bag (special accessory) must al-
ways be removed when vacuuming fluids or wet
substances.
1. Unlock and remove the suction head.
2. Pull the fleece filter bag (special accessories) out to
the rear.

3. Fold in the lock latch and seal the fleece filter bag
tight (special accessories).
4. Fit and lock the suction head.
Removing the dust bag
● The dust bag (special accessories) must always be
removed when vacuuming fluids or wet substances.
1. Unlock and remove the suction head.
2. Fold up the dust bag (special accessories).

3. Open the dust bag (special accessory) by pulling
back the suction hose port.
4. Close the dust bag (special accessory) tightly with
the closing strip underneath the opening.
5. Take out the dust bag (special accessories).
6. Fit and lock the suction head.
Installing the coarse dirt filter
1. Open the filter cover.
2. Flat fold filter only: Remove the filter frame. Remove
the flat fold filter (optional accessory) from the filter
frame.

3. Candle filter only: Take out the candle filter (special
accessories).

4. Insert coarse dirt filter in the filter frame.
5. Insert the filter frame into the suction head.
6. Close the filter cover until it audibly latches into
place.
Inserting the pre-filter
1. Unlock and remove the suction head.
2. Remove the cable clip of the disposal pump.
3. When inserting the pre-filter, push it over the suction
hose port until it touches the container wall.
4. Insert the cable clip of the disposal pump.
5. Fit and lock the suction head.
Connecting the disposal hose
1. Remove the cap.

2. Connect the disposal hose (nominal width 3/4" or
larger).
Draining the waste water
WARNING
Environmental pollution!
Environmental pollution due to improper disposal in
waste water.
Observe the local waste water treatment regulations.
1. Drain the waste water via the drain hose.

ATTENTION
Danger of coarse dirt
Risk of damage to the suction motor.
Never remove the coarse dirt filter when vacuuming.
● The device switches off automatically when the
maximum fluid level is reached.
● On completion of wet vacuum cleaning: Clean the
float, container and, if necessary, the disposal pump
with a damp cloth and dry.
Note
Before dry vacuum cleaning: Remove the disposal
pump and install the flat fold filter or candle filter.
Note
A flat fold filter or candle filter should generally be used
for dry vacuuming.
ATTENTION
Danger due to fine dust entering
Risk of damage to the suction motor.
Never remove the flat fold filter or candle filter when vac-
uuming.
● When vacuuming fine dust, a fleece filter (special
accessory) or dust bag (special accessory) can also
be used.
Removing the disposal pump
1. Unplug the mains plug of the disposal pump.
2. Unlock and remove the suction head.
3. Take out the cable holder of the disposal pump and
replace it with a latch plate.

4. Pull the pre-filter over the suction hose port and re-
move it.
5. Unscrew the union nut of the disposal pump.
6. Remove the disposal pump and plastic insert from
the container.
7. Attach the cap instead of the disposal hose.

8. Fit and lock the suction head.
