MOUNT, USE & DISMOUNT

Adjusmen  Sea Posion
For an eecve workou, he sea mus be adjused properly. While
your are pedaling, your Knees should be slighly ben when he pedals
are in he arhes posion. In order o adjus he sea, unscrew he
knob ew urns and draw i ou slighly. Adjus he sea o he righ
heigh, hen release he knob and ghen i all he way.
Imporan:
Make sure o pu he knob back ino place in he sea pos and ghen
i compleely. Never exceed he maximum heigh o he sea. Always
