Important control elements in the messages menu
a. Press numerical key 1 once to start a new message.
b. Press numerical key 1 a second time to start the previous message.
c. Press numerical key 3 to go to the next message.
d. To delete a message, press numerical key 4 and then the button

f. Press numerical key 8 to switch between the number of the message and the day/
time of the recording.
