1.4 Purpose and functionality
The battery storage model KKTHVB10.25 is a lithium-ion battery product
that stores electrical energy and outputs direct current.
It is electrically connected to an inverter which converts the electrical
energy from the battery storage into alternating current
and transmits it the home grid to provide power for household appliances.
The main function of the home energy storage system depends
on the inverter.
E.g. in combination with the hybrid inverter model HKW10-1P3,
the energy can be used for self-consumption, fed into the public grid
or provided as emergency power for power outages.
