STEP 3:
Remove 2 Hex Bolts (No. 17), 2 Spring
Washers (No. 36), 2 Flat Washers (No.
32) and 2 Wave Washers (No. 73) from
the Long Axle (No. 46) by Spanner (No.
116) and Spanner (No. 118).
Insert the Long Axle (No. 46) into the
Handlebar Post (No. 2), then insert 2
Wave Washers (No. 73) that were
removed to both sides of Long Axle (No.
46).
Attach the 2 Swing Bars (No. 5L/R) to
both sides of the Long Axle (No. 46)
using 2 Flat Washers (No. 32), 2 Spring
Washers (No. 36) and 2 Hex Bolts (No.
17) that were removed. Tighten with
Spanner (No. 116) and Spanner (No.
118).
NOTE: Do not tighten the Hex Bolts (No.
17) during this step.
