Einbau des Plattenschachtes
Kurbelarm 15C auf die Achse des Gear-
Motors 15 D setzen. Lehre @ in Platten-
schacht schieben, Plattenschacht auf die
Grundeinheit aufsetzen und Kurbelarm in
die Fuhrungsnut einfiigen. Einstellehre @
zwischen Plattenschacht 15 B und
Grundeinheit legen (Fig. 15) und die Win-
kel 15A seitlich ansetzen. Disc-Motor von
Hand drehen und Lehre @ in Pfeilrich-
tung gegen den Plattenaufnehmer
dricken (Fig. 16) bis der Disc-Motor
blockiert wird. In diesem Zustand die
Schrauben der Winkel 15A anziehen
(Fig. 16).

hangen.
Kurbelarm einstellen
Der Kurbelarm sollte einen Abstand von
ca.
1mm vom Motor haben, die Feststell-
schraube muB auf die Flache der Motor-
achse treffen. Die Motorachse kann
durch Anlegen einer 5 Volt DC-Span-
nung oder einer Batterie in die richtige
Position gebracht werden, dabei ist der
Plattenschacht geschlossen. Feststell-
schraube anziehen, Kabelbaumstecker
an die PS-Leiterplatte anschlieBen,
CD-Spieler einschalten und Taste OPEN
betatigen.
In den Plattenschacht wird Lehre @ ein-
gelegt, Plattenschacht mit Taste OPEN/
CLOSE schlieBen und wieder 6ffnen. Der
Mikroschalter 17 A wird so eingestelit, daB
die waagrechte Strichmarkierung der
Lehre @ mit der Oberkante des Platten-
schachtes in einer Linie liegt (Fig. 17).
Ausbau des Disc-Motors (Fig. 25)
Uberpriifen auf Leichtgangigkeit: Rotor
(Magnetscheibe) von Hand drehen, bei
Schwergangigkeit Rotor ausbauen und
Lagerstellen dlen, evtl. Rotor komplett
oder Motorlager komplett ersetzen. Bei
einem Defekt der Spulen oder Hallele-
mente wird die gesamte Spulenplatte 23
ausgetauscht. Nach jedem Eingriff am
Motor ist der Abgleich: Disc-Motor, Hall
Gain und Hall Offset erforderlich.
Ausbau: Plattenschacht entfernen, Plat-
tenaufnehmer 18, 19 mit Schraube
(Achtung Linksgewinde) abziehen und
Zentrierstck 16 nach Lésen der Innen-
sechskantschrauben abziehen. Um mit
dem Sechskantschlissel an die Schrau-
ben zu kommen, wird der Pick-up-Schlit-
ten nach rechts geschoben, Motorriemen
vorher entfernen. Der Motorblock kann
durch Lésen der vorderen Schrauben
und Drehen des Lagerblockes um 90°
vom Grundteil abgezogen werden.

Reassembling the disc holder flap
(Figs. 15 and 16)
Set the crank 15C on the motor arm 15D.
Insert the template @ in the flap. Set the
optic scanner assembly in and engage
the crank in the lever opening the flap.
Place the template © between the flap
and the optic scanner assembly (Fig. 15),
rescrew the frame 15A without tightening;
while pressing on the template @) turn the
turntable motor by hand in the direction
of the arrow (Fig. 16) until the turntable
motor is locked. Tighten the frame
screws 15A.
Remove template @, open the flap by
hand, remove template ©, insert the con-
trol disc ®, close the flap by hand and
hold it closed. Turn the turntable motor.
The control disc © should not rub.
Reattach the roller springs 11A (Fig. 11).
Adjusting the crank on the motor

With the flap closed, the crank and its
arm should be about 1 mm from the mo-
tor and the lock screw in front of the flat
area. Set the arm, if necessary, by con-
necting a 1.5 V battery to the motor termi-
nals (Fig. 2).
Tighten the lock screw, hook up connec-
tors, turn the player on and push on the
OPEN/CLOSE button.
Insert the control disc @ into the flap, clo-
se the flap (OPEN/CLOSE key), reopen
by pressing on the OPEN/CLOSE key.
Adjust the switch 17 A with the screw 17B.
The horizontal line on the control disc @
should be at the same level as the upper
edge of the flap (Fig. 17).

Removing the turntable motor (Fig. 25)
Make sure the motor turns freely by tur-
ning the rotor by hand. If there is a slight
resistance, remove the rotor and oil the
axle bearings.
In case of electrical or mechanical failure,
replace the complete motor.
Removal: take off the disc holder fiap,
remove the plastic cover 19 (Attention: left
handed screw), the clamp 18, the spring
17 and the disc plate 16 after having
unscrewed the lock screws using an
Ailen wrench. To have access to the
screws, remove the belt 8A (Fig. 8) and
push the optic scanner assembly to the
right.
Unscrew the four lock screws on the
motor and remove it by turning 90°.
Remontage du volet porte-disque
(Fig. 15 et Fig. 16)
Placer la manivelle 15C sur l''axe du mo-
teur 15D.
Introduire le gabarit @ dans le volet. Po-
ser l'ensemble de lecture optique, enga-
ger la manivelle dans le levier d'ouverture
du volet. Placer le gabarit © entre le volet
et l'ensemble de lecture optique (Fig. 15),
revisser sans serrer les équerres 15A,
tourner le moteur tourne-disque a la
main tout en appuyant sur le gabarit @
dans le sens de la fléche (Fig. 16), jus-
qu'au blocage du moteur TD. Serrer les
vis des équerres 15A.
Oter le gabarit @, ouvrir le volet a la
main, oter le gabarit @, placer le disque
de contréle @), fermer le volet a la main et
le maintenir fermé, tourner }e moteur TD,
le disque de contréie @ ne doit pas frot-
ter. Replacer les ressorts des galets 11A
(Fig. 11).

Le volet fermé, la maniveile sur son axe
doit étre distante d'environ 1mm du mo-
teur et la vis de blocage en face du mé-
plat. Positionner l'axe, si nécessaire, en
branchant une pile de 1,5 V aux bornes
du moteur (Fig. 2).
Serrer la vis de blocage, brancher les
connecteurs, mettre l'appareil sous-
tension et actionner la touche OPEN/
CLOSE.
Introduire dans le volet le disque de con-
trole ®, fermer le volet, touche OPEN/
CLOSE, l'ouvrir en rappuyant sur la tou-
che OPEN/CLOSE. Régler Iinterrupteur,
17A avec la vis 17B. Le trait horizontal du
disque de contréle @ doit étre a la meme
hauteur que le bord supérieur du volet
(Fig. 17).
Dépose du moteur T.D. (Fig. 25)
Vérifier que le moteur tourne librement,
en tournant le rotor a la main. En cas
d'une légére résistance, démonter le
rotor et huiler les roulements de l'axe.
En cas de panne électrique ou mécani-
que, remplacer le moteur complet.
Dépose: Démonter le volet port-disque,
retirer le capuchon plastique 19 (attention
au pas de vis a gauche), le centreur 18, le
ressort a boudin 17 et le plateau (disque)
16 aprés avoir dévissé les vis de blocage
a l'aide d'une clé Allen. Pour accéder aux
vis enlever la courroie 8A (Fig. 8) et
pousser Il'ensemble de lecture optique
vers la droite.
Dévisser les quatre vis de fixation du mo-
teur et le retirer en le tourant de 90°.
