Wichtige Hinweise:
1. Die flexible Leiterbahn sorgfaltig be-
handein, sie kann nicht ausgetauscht
werden!
2. Der Abtastschlitten mit Optik und Laser-
einheiten sowie die untere Fiihrungs-
schiene ist hochprazise justiert und darf
niemals demontiert werden!
3. Direkten Augen-Kontakt zum Laser-
Strahl vermeiden!
Einstell- und
Montagehinweise
Sollen Teile ausgewechselt und repariert
werden, Gerat einschalten und in STOP-
Zustand auf die linke Schmalseite legen.
Mit der Transport-Sicherungsschraube
den beweglichen Pick-up-Schlitten fest-
setzen.
Frontplatte entfernen
Frontplatte am Plattenschacht austau-
schen. Die Kunststoffnieten mit einem
spitzen Gegenstand (z.B. mit einer Nadel)
seitlich anstechen und herausziehen.
Bei der Montage der Frontplatte muissen
neue Kunststoffnieten eingesetzt werden.
Ausbau des kompletten Frontteiles
Taste POWER betatigen und die Funktion
OPEN ausldésen, damit sich der Platten-
schacht offnet. Gerat ausschalten und
Netzstecker ziehen. Schrauben 1A und
1B entfernen. Winkel des Netzschalters
abschrauben und die steckbaren Kabel-
verbindungen des Laufwerkes ein-
schlieBlich der Leiterfolie abziehen. Das
Frontteil laBt sich seitwarts weg-
schwenken. (Fig. 1)
Hinweis:
Kann der Plattenschacht infolge eines
Defektes Uber die Taste OPEN nicht
gedffnet werden, so lABt sich der Motor
durch AnschlieBen einer externen Span-
nungsquelle von max. 5 Volt DC oder ei-
ner 1,5 Volt Batterie éffnen. Bei Umpolen
der Spannungsquelle aBt sich der Plat-
tenschacht wieder schlieBen. Bevor diese
Spannungsquelle angeschlossen wird,
mussen die Steckverbindungen des
Laufwerkes getrennt werden, oder der
AnschluB am Motor abgeldtet werden
(Fig. 2).
Important Notes:
1. As a replacement of the flexible board
is not possible, handle it with care.
2. The pickup slide including optical sy-
stem and laser unit and the lower rail
guide are adjusted very precisely and
must never be dismounted.
3. Avoid direct contact of eyes with the
laser beam.
Adjusting and instal-
lation instructions
Before attempting repairs or replacing
parts, turn the player on, set it on its left
side in STOP position. Tighten the ship-
ping screw.
Removing front panel
Take out the nylon rivets using a pointed
instrument. When reassembling, these
nylon rivets must be replaced with new
ones.
Removing service plate
and unit mechanism
Turn the player on, press on the OPEN/
CLOSE button and open the flap. Turn
the power off and disconnect the power
cord. After taking the cover off, remove
screws 1A, 1B and 1C. Remove the mains
switch holder and disconnect the mecha-
nical connectors as well as the flexible
printed circuit (Fig. 1).
Note:
If after pushing on the OPEN/CLOSE but-
ton the flap does not open, proceed as
shown in Fig. 2. To open the flap, pull out
the connector or break the welds on the
motor wires; then connect a 5 V DC
maximum power source or a 1.5 V dry
cell battery to the motor terminals (Fig. 2).
Remarques importantes:
1. Traitez la piste flexible avec précaution,
elle ne peut pas 6tre échangée!
2. Le chariot de lecture avec optic et unité
de laser tout comme le rail de guidage
bas sont ajusté avec une haute préci-
sion et ne doivent jamais étre démon-
tés!
3. Evitez tout contact visuel direct avec le
rayon laser!
Instructions de régla-
ge et de montage
Avant réparation ou remplacement de
piéces, mettre l'appareil sous tension, le
coucher sur le flanc gauche en mode
d'arrét (STOP). Serrer la vis de transport.
Dépose des panneaux avant
Extraire les rivets en nylon a l'aide d'une
pointe. Au remontage, ces rivets en nylon
sont a remplacer par des rivets neufs.
Dépose de la plaque d'accés
et du mécanisme de lappareil
Mettre l'appareil sous tension, appuyer
sur la touche OPEN/CLOSE et ouvrir le
volet. Couper !'alimentation et retirer le
cordon secteur. Aprés avoir déposé le
couvercle oter les vis 1A, 1B et 1C. Dé-
monter I'équerre de l'interrupteur secteur
et déconnecter les connecteurs de la
mécanique ainsi que le circuit imprimé
souple.
Remarque:
Si, en appuyant sur la touche OPEN/
CLOSE; le volet ne s'ouvre pas, procéder
comme indiqué (Fig. 2).
Pour obtenir l'ouverture du volet, retirer le
connecteur ou dessouder les fils du mo-
teur, brancher une source de 5 V DC ma-
ximum ou une pile séche de 1,5 V aux
bornes du moteur.
Leiterplatten
Die Leiterplatten lassen sich nach Entfer-
nen der Stutz- und Distanzbleche nach
oben abziehen (Fig. 3 und 4).
Removing printed circuits
Unscrew the attachment plate and the
shield plate (Fig. 3 and 4).

Dévisser ies plaques de fixation et
d'écartement (Fig. 3 et 4).
