Plug the other optical digital cable connector into the corresponding digital out-
put socket on your audio output device.

HDMI eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel)
Since the HDMI 2.1 standard, significantly higher bandwidths and speeds have been
possible with eARC for audio and video transmission.
In order to use HDMI eARC functions, all components connected must support
HDMI eARC. In addition, you will need a HDMI cable that supports the eARC or
HDMI 2.1 standard. This cable is usually marked with the addition "Ultra High Speed".
.. Connecting TV via HDMI eARC
Proceed as follows to connect your television to the soundbar via HDMI eARC:
Switch off the television and the soundbar.
Connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI eARC
Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI IN (ARC) port on your
television.
Enable the ARC and CEC functions on your television and set the sound output
format to PCM (Pulse Code Modulation).
Please note that the names given to the HDMI IN ARC/eARC port and
the CEC function may vary depending on the manufacturer of your tele-
vision. For more detailed information, refer to the corresponding user
manual.
