If you wish to reset the unit's power, simply press the MODE and CLOCK buttons on the control
panel at the same time with the unit turned off to return to the settings. This must be reset by
fully disconnecting it from the power source in order to change the battery type or temperature
measurement scale.
TURNING ON THE UNIT
The ON/OFF button on the control panel or remote control must be pressed in order to turn the
OPENAIR unit on. The unit will start up in automatic operation mode (AUTO) with the default
parameters when turned on for the first time. From this moment on, the unit will start up with the
set configuration.
SELECTING OPERATING MODES
To change the unit's operating mode with the unit running, press the MODE button on the control
panel or remote control until the required option is reached between AUTO, ECO and VENTILATION
modes. To access MANUAL operating mode from AUTO operating mode, hold down the up or down
button on the control panel or the remote control. The different options will light up in blue while
selecting an operating mode; when the required option is reached, wait for a few seconds until it
lights up in white, confirming the selection. Once an operating mode is set, the brightness of the
display will decrease after 10 min of inactivity and will finally turn off completely after 35 min of
inactivity.
AUTOMATIC OPERATING MODE - AUTO
Users can select the required comfort temperature between 16 and 31 ºC (71.6 - 87.8 ºF) by opting
for automatic operation mode (AUTO). The target comfort temperature can be changed using the
up and down buttons on the control panel and remote control.
