DIRECTIVE (2006/42/EC) AND ALL OTHER APPLICABLE EU DIRECTIVES
• Is designed and constructed solely as a non-functional component to be incorporated into a machine
requiring completion
• Is in conformity with the relevant Essential Health and Safety Requirements of the EC Machinery
Directive (2006/42/EC) shown overleaf and other directives listed overleaf
The relevant technical documentation is in accordance with the provisions of part B of Annex VII of the
machinery directive and is the responsibility of the signatory below. All relevant information about the
partly completed machinery will be provided, by email, on a reasoned request by the appropriate
national authority.
