3. INFORMATIONEN
Im Zusammenhang mit der kontinuierlichen Aufrüstung der Produkte kann Kensol Sp. z o.o.
Modifizierungen im Bereich von einzelnen Funktionsparametern bzw. neuhergestellten technischen
Anlagen vornehmen. Manche Parameter, wie z.B. Aufwärmezeit, können abhängig von den herrschen-
den Bedingungen geändert werden.

4. KONSTRUKTION
Der Tank wurde aus Stahlblech (Boden und Zylinder aus Stahl S235JR oder DD11 oder DC04 oder P265GH)
gefertigt. In den STANDARD-Modellen ist der Tank, und in den KOMBI-Modellen der Tank [ZCWU], mit
keramischem Emaillack als Korrosionsschutz beschichtet. Als zusätzlicher Korrosionsschutz dient,
abhängig von dem Modell, die Magnesium- bzw. Titananode.

5. INSTALLIEREN
5.1. INSTALLATIONSSICHERHEIT
Die Installationen werden vom Kunden auf eigene Kosten ausgeführt. Der Hersteller haftet nicht für
die Schäden, die infolge einer unordnungsgemäßen Installation bzw. Nichteinhaltung der vorliegen-
den Bedienungsanleitung entstanden sind. Die Montage muss vom qualifizierten Personal mit ent-
sprechenden Berechtigungen und gemäß den in der Bedienungsanleitung genannten Bedingungen
durchgeführt werden. Die Montage muss in dem Gewährleistungsschein bestätigt sein.

1. No water in the tank.
2. A failure or improperly connec-
ted wires between the anode and
the power supply (potentiostat).
3. No connection between the
anode wire and the tank's ground.

(contact of the anode with the

1. Clean the tank, replace the
anode with a new one, and heat up
the water to a temperature higher
than 60 deg. C (not covered by the
warranty).

Check the power supply, including
the voltage.
1. Fill the tank with water.
2. Check the wires and their
connections.
3. Check and clean the contacts if
necessary.
4. Check and correct the isolation
of the anode from the tank, if
necessary.
5. Uninstall the magnesium anode.
