8. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

TANKS WITH MAGNESIUM ANODES:
- Regularly exchanged and properly working magnesium anode is a condition for maintaining the war-
ranty for the tank. Any damages to the tank due to the wear of the anode (and the resulting improper
protection of the tank) are considered to be the user's fault and, consequently, are not covered by the
warranty.
- Failure to exchange the magnesium anode at intervals specified in the warranty card constitutes
grounds for refusal to perform warranty repairs and for making the warranty void.
- Worn magnesium anodes do not work properly.
TANKS WITH TITANIUM ANODES:
- Regular inspection of the operation of the titanium anode is the condition for maintaining the war-
ranty for the tank. Any damages due to a titanium anode that is defective or has been disconnected
from the power supply source (and the resulting improper corrosion protection of the tank) are con-
sidered to be the user's fault and, consequently, are not covered by the warranty.
- Failure to inspect the operation of the titanium anode at intervals specified in the warranty card
constitutes grounds for refusal to perform warranty repairs and for making the warranty void.
- An anode that is improperly connected or that indicates incorrect operation is not working properly.

The safety valve is stuck or
clogged with scale.
1. The contact surface of the valve
is dirty or damaged.
2. Residues of sealing materials
(Teflon tape, packing) under the
valve head.
3. Excessive water pressure in the
water supply system.
A lot of sediment in the tank or
worn magnesium anode.
SOLUTION
Clean or replace the valve.
1. Clean or grind the contact
surface of the safety valve.
2. Check and remove any sealing
materials from the safety valve.
3. Reduce the water pressure by
installing a reducing valve.
Clean the tank to remove the
sediment or replace the magne-
sium anode (not covered by the
warranty).
