Mounting and securing
Stop rod may not pass under driver.
Pull out stop rod (3.).

Distance between edge block and stop is approx. 30 mm
Close moving leaf (4.).
X
Stop rod for function safeguard of the integrated closing sequence control is in position.
Open moving leaf (5.).
X
Tighten screws of stop rod (6.)

Do not pinch cable.

Important: The smoke detector opening from the middle cover panel must be positioned over the smoke detector.
If necessary, dimension „D" can be measured between the leaf cover panels.
Remove break-off section on fixed leaf for trigger lever (1.).

Clip on moving-leaf cover panel and fixed-leaf cover panel (2.).
X
Shorten adjustable-size middle cover panel „A" to size „C" (Fig. 6.12.1).
X
Clip on middle cover panel (3.).
X
Clip on protective cap (4.).
X
Insert inspection caps between cover panels (5.).
X
CAUTION!
Attach protective cap in such a way that the smoke switch opening is concealed in the cover to protect
X
the interior of the system from contamination.
Protective cap must be removed during commissioning of the hold-open device.
