• Stop the engine if the machine must be tilted to move it. Turn off the engine
when moving the machine to other work surfaces and when transporting the
machine to another work area.
• Never operate the machine with defective guards or without safety devices,
such as a deflector, that are not mounted in the intended location.
• Do not change the motor controller settings or overload the motor.
• Start the engine or turn on the engine carefully as instructed and make sure
your feet are clear of the blade (s).
• Do not tilt the machine when starting the machine or turning on the engine,
unless the mower must be tilted to start it. In this case, do not tilt the machine
more than necessary and lift only the part furthest from the user.

machine near the spilled fuel before starting the machine. Remove leaked or
spilled fuel.
• Secure the fuel tank cap after refuelling.
• Carefully follow the instructions in this manual to fill the unit with fuel.
RESIDUAL RISKS
• Even if you use this product in accordance with all safety requirements, the
potential risks of injury and damage remain. The following hazards can arise
from the structure and design of this product:
• There are risks of injury and property damage from attachments or the sudden
impact of hidden objects when milling.
• There are risks of injuries and accidents caused by flying objects.
• Prolonged use of this product exposes the user to vibrations and may cause
what is known as "white finger syndrome". Wear gloves and keep your hands
warm to reduce the risk.
• If any of the symptoms of "white finger syndrome" occur, seek immediate
medical attention.
• Symptoms of "white finger syndrome" include numbness, loss of sensitivity,
tingling, pain, loss of strength, colour changes or skin conditions. These
symptoms usually appear on the fingers, hands, or wrists. The risk of it
increases at low temperatures.
• Long exposure to noise can affect the health of the user. Hearing protection
should always be worn when the device is used. Use of the device should be
limited and some rest should be taken between sessions (for example, 10
minutes of work and 20 minutes of rest).
Due to the high risk of personal injury to the user, the appliance must
not be used to grind branches or hedge clippings. For safety reasons, the
device should not be used as a drive unit for other devices or tool sets of
any kind.
The machine may only be used for the prescribed purpose. Any other use
is considered improper use. The user / operator and not the manufacturer
is responsible for any damage or injury of any kind caused by this.
Please be aware that the device is not designed for commercial,
commercial or industrial use. The warranty is void if the device is used in
a commercial, trade or industrial environment or for similar purposes.

ASSEMBLY OF THE MACHINE (FIG. C)
• Mount the top push bar (5) with the 2 bolts (20), nuts (21), spring washers (18)
and washers (19) to the bottom push bar (5).
• Mount the chassis with wheels using the 2 pawls (16) and locking clips (17).
The engine does not contain any oil on delivery. Therefore, make sure it
contains oil before starting the engine. The oil level in the engine must be
checked every time before any work is carried out.
PREPARATION
• Do not allow persons unfamiliar with these instructions or children to use this
machine. Local regulations can limit the age of the user.
• Never operate the machine while people, especially children or pets, are nearby.
• Be aware that the operator or user is responsible for accidents or hazards to
other persons or their property.
• Always wear hearing protection when using the machine.
• Always wear sturdy shoes and long pants. Do not operate the machine with bare
feet or in open sandals.
• Thoroughly inspect the area in which the machine will be used and remove all
stones, sticks, wires, bones and other foreign objects.
Gasoline is highly flammable.
• Store fuel in containers specially designed for this purpose.
- Only add gasoline outdoors and do not smoke while refuelling.
• Add fuel before starting the engine. Never remove the fuel tank cap or add fuel
while the engine is running or while it is still warm.
• If fuel has been spilled, do not attempt to start the machine. Move the machine
out of spill area and do not use sources of ignition until gasoline fumes are gone.
• Replace the fuel tank and fuel tank caps securely.
• Before use, always visually check that the blades are not worn or damaged.
Replace worn or damaged blades to make sure everything is working properly.
USE
SWITCH
To prevent the engine from starting unintentionally, it is equipped with a start / stop
lever (2) that must be pressed at all times while the unit is in use. Otherwise, the
engine will shut down. Open the fuel tap (B). In order to do this, put the tap in the
'ON' position.
• Move the start / stop lever (2) towards the top push bar (3) until the engine
starts.
• Use the throttle to set the pace.
• Allow the engine to warm up for a while before milling.
The blades start to rotate when the engine is started.
• Always maintain a safe distance (using the long handles) between the user and
the enclosure. Be especially careful when routing and changing direction on
slopes. Always keep your feet firm and wear sturdy, non-slip shoes and long
pants.
• Always work along slopes (not up and down).
• For safety reasons, the machine should not be used on slopes greater than 15
degrees.
• Be especially careful when working in reverse and pulling the machine (risk of
tripping)!
SWITCH OFF
When the work is done, release the motor drive lever. When the start / stop lever
(2) is released, it should return to its starting position and the engine should stop. If
not, do not use the device again.
TIPS FOR WORKING CORRECTLY
• It is recommended to slightly overlap the routing paths. The strips should
overlap by a few inches to avoid unprocessed strips.
• Keep the bottom of the appliance clean and remove dirt and hard objects such
as larger stones.
• Always work along slopes (not up and down). Turn off the engine before
checking the blades.
The blades will rotate a few seconds after the engine is switched off.
Never try to stop the blades. If the rotating blades strike an object, turn off
the unit immediately and wait for the blades to come to a complete stop.
You need to check the condition of the blades. Replace damaged parts.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
• Check that all nuts, bolts and screws are properly tightened to ensure the
machine operates safely.
• Never store the machine with gasoline in the tank in a building where fumes can
reach an open flame or spark.
• To reduce the risk of fire, allow the engine to cool before storing, keep the
engine, exhaust, battery compartment, and gasoline storage area clear of grass,
reeds, moss, leaves, or excessive grease.
• Examine the machine regularly and replace worn or damaged parts for safety.
• If the fuel tank needs to be emptied, this should be done outdoors. The drained
fuel must be stored in a tank specifically designed for fuel storage or properly
disposed of.
• The unit must be secured during transit to prevent fuel spillage, accident and
injury.
CLEANING
• The machine must be thoroughly cleaned after each use. This applies in
particular to the bottom and the blades. To do this, tilt the machine slightly on its
side and remove the debris.
Before tilting the unit, the fuel tank must be emptied to prevent fuel
leakage. Normally you should use a conventional petrol pump for this.
CHECKING THE OIL LEVEL (FIG. D)
• Make sure the device is on a flat surface.
• Loosen the dipstick by turning it counter clockwise. The oil level should be at the
level shown in Figure D.
Never run the engine with no or too little oil. This can cause serious
damage to the engine.
CHANGING THE OIL
• Change the engine oil every year before the start of the season when the engine
is warm.
• Use only the recommended engine oil.
• Place a suitable drip tray under the oil drain plug.
• Remove the oil tap screw.
• Loosen the oil drain plug and drain the oil into a suitable container.
