Possible cause: Spray bottle not screwed shut.

Solution: Close the spray bottle by tightening the union nut.
Possible cause: Valve seal defective.

Solution: Replace leaking valve or dispose of spray bottle.

Possible cause: cylinder seal without lubrication.

Solution: Lubricate the Aeromat via the built-in grease nipple (see point 7).
We recommend Long Life assembly grease. Leave the Aeromat in its initial position and connected
to the compressed air supply during lubrication. Repeat the procedure after use
a second time until the noise has disappeared.
10. WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
The basis for all warranty claims is the complete Aeromat and the proof of purchase. Damage caused
by improper handling of the Aeromat is not covered by the warranty. If you have any questions,
please state the type designation or the article number of the Aeromat.
In accordance with legal requirements, all products come with a 24-month warranty against

Excluded from the warranty are:
Wear parts.

Damage due to unauthorised modifications.
•
Damage due to media not approved by the supplier
•
Damage caused by improper use.
•
Damage caused by lack of maintenance.
•
Damage caused by contamination.
•
Damage caused by untreated compressed air.
•
If warranty claims are made, the Aeromat must be in its original
condition.
