7.MAINTENANCE AND CARE:
Before each use, carry out a visual inspection of the installed seals of the tapping points and the
•
bottom valve of the spray bottles to ensure that they are undamaged.
Grease the two centrally mounted seals in the tapping points as required.
•
Use a grease gun to lubricate the cylinder installed in the unit at regular intervals. The lubrication
•
cycle depends on the medium used and the amount of filling. For this purpose, only use the
grease nipple installed by us.
Note: Changes to the design of the grease nipple can lead to defects in the cylinder!
Clean the Aeromat externally as required. We recommend a soapy solution. Do not use
•
aggressive cleaners!
Compliance with the specified maintenance instructions ensures a long service life and trouble-free
operation for this quality product.
Attention:
Ensure proper disposal of the residual materials that arise during maintenance and care.
8. STORAGE AND PRESERVATION:
The Aeromat must be stored and kept under the following conditions:
Store in a dry and dust-free place.

Do not expose to liquids and/or aggressive
•
chemicals.
Stow away out of reach of children.
•
9. MISSING SEARCH:
In all cases of malfunction, please first check whether there is sufficient compressed air and
sufficient processable medium.
No or not enough material arrives in the spray bottle.
Possible cause: Medium not completely processed before filling or spray bottle was still
•
under pressure before filling.
Solution: Fill spray bottle with medium only when empty.
Possible cause: Connections of the suction hose not tightened.
•
Solution: Check suction hose connections and tighten if necessary.
Possible cause: Suction hose defective/leaking.
•
Solution: Replace or shorten suction hose to remove damaged area.
Filled spray bottle does not spray medium or sprays uncleanly.
Possible cause: Rising pipe and/or spray head are blocked.
•
Solution: Clean or replace blocked components.
Possible cause: Spray bottle filled with more than 400 ml medium and thus no/not enough working
•
pressure available.
Solution: Allow working pressure to escape, empty spray bottle.
