Operate the Aeromat exclusively through the sealed spray can intended for this Aeromat.
Otherwise, the medium can be sprayed in an uncontrolled manner, which can lead to
injuries to the eyes and respiratory tract!
FILLING THE SPRAY BOTTLE:
Place the spray bottle intended for this Aeromat on the material/air extraction point.

point. Filling again at the coloured extraction point would result in more than 400 ml of medium being
filled and would thus disturb the relationship between medium and compressed air.
Please note: All further filling must be done when the spray bottle is empty. Please process residual
material beforehand and then allow the residual air in the spray bottle to escape. This can be achieved
by releasing the spray valve or by slightly unscrewing the union nut.
Only when the spray bottle is completely empty (medium E
compressed air) will the optimum filling ratio be produced when
the spray bottle is refilled.
If the compressed air has escaped prematurely due to unintentional opening of the spray can, but there
is still medium in the spray bottle, it must be refilled at the black air extraction station. If desired, the
pressure in the spray bottle can be reduced at any time using the black air extraction station.

WORKING END:
Keep the valves of the tapping points free of dirt and the centre-mounted seal of the tapping point lightly
greased. If the Aeromat is used frequently, leave them fully

and can be operated at any time. If the Aeromat is not used for a longer period of time, we recommend
disconnecting it from the compressed air supply and emptying the spray bottles.
