2. SCOPE OF DELIVERY:
Aeromat, suction hose, compressed air connection, operating instructions.
3.USE FOR THE INTENDED PURPOSE:
This Aeromat is
intended for filling the associated spray bottles type 4300.

only for the purposes confirmed by us.
•
only be operated under the operating conditions and settings

prescribed in these operating instructions.
Any other use and setting is considered improper!
4. PROPERTIES:
This Aeromat is a closed system with internal cylinder, control units and valves. Via the colour-coded
tapping points, associated spray bottles can be filled with product/air or with air only.
5. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This Aeromat is not suitable for alkaline, acidic and acetone-containing media. Only
media approved for this Aeromat by your dealer may be processed!
The Aeromat poses a risk to persons and the operator's property if:
Non-qualified personnel working on and with the Aeromat.

The Aeromat is used improperly and not as intended.
•
The Aeromat may only be operated with the products approved by the dealer and must be set up so
that, when properly installed and used in accordance with its intended purpose, it will perform in fault-
free operation and pose no danger to persons.
Protect yourself and the environment from accident hazards by taking appropriate
precautions. In your own interest, please observe the following instructions:
The operator must ensure proper operation.

The operator must be familiar with the operating instructions of the Aeromat and the

current EC safety data sheets of the product to be processed and must comply with
them.
Do not bring compressed air and/or medium into contact with the skin or eyes.
•
Never direct spray at animals, people or yourself.
•
Do not inhale spray mist.
•
Keep children and pets away from the operating area.
•
No manipulations, emergency repairs or misuse may be carried out on the Aeromat.
•
The Aeromat may only be operated and maintained by instructed persons.
•
Repairs must only be carried out by qualified persons.
