IMPORTANT:
Check that the power switch is switched off
before plugging in the plug. Switch off the
product, pull out the plug and wait until all
moving parts have completely stopped before
cleaning, adjusting, maintenance and/or
replacing accessories.
ADJUSTING THE SAW BLADE

1.
Adjust the arm of the blade holder and
if necessary the position of the motor,
depending on the diameter of the saw
blade.
2.
Undo the lock nut and pull out (2) and
turn (1) the arm. The arm can also be
moved in the slot in the base plate (3).
With these adjustments the product can
be used for saw blades with a diameter of
90 to 400 mm. The motor can be moved
on the base plate (4), which is necessary
when sharpening saw blades with a large
diameter.
3.
Adjust the saw blade to the correct
position in relation to the grindstone.
The grindstone is moved forward and
back with the handle when sharpening.
Lift up the handle to adjust and align the
grindstone to the bottom of the tooth.
Examples of adjustments for
different diameters of saw blades
1.
Saw blade 90 mm: Motor moved back.
2.
Saw blade 230 mm: Motor moved
forward to avoid collision with the arm.
3.
Saw blade 400 mm: Motor moved
forward, arm turned away so that the lock
nut does not collide with the saw blade.
