Cooking times (guidance)
The cooking times must be counted from the moment that the pressure
cooker reaches the selected pressure, which is occurs when the working valve
indicator reaches the desired cooking pressure and the steaming begins.

foods tend to produce foam and bubbles that can obstruct the safety
valve.

and the kind of stove used.
