Der Bausatz enthält zwei Lagerbuchsen:
1. Ausführung Ø 60 mm (bis ca. 05/2010)
2. Ausführung Ø 55 mm (ab ca. 06/2010)

3.2 Auspressen
a.) Gewindestift herausdrehen (falls vorhanden)
b.) Lagerbuchse auspressen
Ausführung mit Bund
Version with collar
Version à collerette
3.3 Einpressen
c.) Bohrung leicht einölen.
d.) Lagerbuchse ausrichten,
auf Lage der Stoßfuge achten!
e.) Gleichmäßig bis Anschlag (Ausf. m. Bund)
bzw. bündig zur Anlagefläche (Ausf. o. Bund)
einpressen.

3. Installation instructions
3.1 Assembly kit no. 097B80175
3.2 Extraction
a.) Unscrew the setscrew (if available)
b.) Force bearing bush out
Verdichtergehäuse
Ölpumpenseite
Compressor housing
Oil pump side
Carter du compresseur
Côté pompe a huile
3.3 Insertion
c.) Oil the bore.
d.) Align the bearing bush, paying attention to
the position of the butt joint!
e.) Force-fit evenly up to the stop (version
with collar) or flush with the contact
surface (version without collar).

3. Instructions de montage
3.1 Jeu réf. 097B80175
3.2 Extraire
a.) Dévisser la goupille filetée (si disponible)
b.) Enfoncer la douille du roulement
Ausführung ohne Bund
Version without collar
Version sans collerette
3.3 Enfoncer
c.) Huiller légèrement l'alésage.
d.) Aligner la douille de roulement,
faire attention à la position de joint montant.
e.) Insérer de façon régulière jusqu'à la butée
(version à collerette) ou jusqu'au niveau des
surfaces d'appui (version sans collerette).
