6 Cleaning and maintenance
The following materials must not be used for cleaning:
– High-pressure cleaner, steam jet
– Detergents containing chlorine or acid
– Cleaning sponges or wire brushes containing metal
– Abrasives or abrasive cleaning agents

Cleaning the ECO module
Daily, before emptying the warewasher for warewashers with an ECO module

Cleaning the ventilation grill
Ø
Remove the ventilation grill (1) from the
top and wash in the warewasher.
Ø
Refit the ventilation grill (1).
Cleaning the suction channel
Ø
Open the hood.
Ø
Spray the suction channel (2) with warm
water. Use a water hose, not a high-
pressure cleaner.
Cleaning the grease filter
Ø
Remove the grease filter (3) from the
front and wash in the warewasher.
Ø
Refit the grease filter (3).
