Service notes for specialist retailers
We recommend having your whole wheelchair inspected by a specialist
retailer once a year. In case of faults and defects on your wheelchair, return it
to your specialist retailer immediately for repair.
On request, Tomtar will provide specialist retailers with required
information and documents for repair and service.

Use the enclosed service record to have an overview of the service
status of your wheelchair.
Disposal
If your wheelchair is not used any more and is to be disposed of, please
enquire from local disposal companies about the applicable regulations.
