Kleben Sie das Baubrett mit Folie oder Paketklebeband ab, damit
die Bauteile des BOO durch den Sekundenkleber nicht darauf
festkleben.
Cover the building board with film or packing tape so that the

Zu Beginn wird jeweils ein 35mm Stücke von jedem CFK-Gurten
abgesägt. Die vier Stücke dürfen nicht von einem Gurt abgesägt
werden, da sonst die Länge nicht mehr ausreichend für den Holm
ist. Sie werden mit festem Druck und 2-3 Zügen mit einer Schleiflat-
te angeraut, damit die Trennschicht aus dem Herstellungsprozess
entfernt wird. Die vier Holzstreifen finden Sie in Brett 9.
Cut a 35mm length of the end of each of the 4 carbon fibre spars.
The four pieces must not be sawed off from a belt, otherwise the
length is no longer sufficient for the spar. Roughen the surface
with a sanding block to remove the separating layer left from the
manufacturing process. The four wooden strips can be found on

Pour commencer, scier un morceau de 35 mm de chaque sangle
en carbone. Les quatre morceaux ne doivent pas être sciés d'une
sangle, sinon la longueur ne sera plus suffisante pour le longeron. Ils
sont rendus rugueux en exerçant une pression ferme et en effec-
tuant 2/3 passages avec une meule afin d'éliminer la couche de
séparation issue du processus de fabrication. Les quatre bandes de
bois se trouvent dans la planche 9.

Die GFK-Steckung wird dünn mit Vaseline eingerieben, damit sie
beim Aufbau des Steckungskasten nicht mit diesem verklebt.
Legen sie auf der vorderen und hinteren Seite der GFK-Steckung
einen Holzstreifen auf. Auf der Ober- und Unterseite wird ein CFK
Streifen aufgelegt. Schieben Sie jetzt zwei Holzklammern auf die
Steckung auf. Die Rundung zeigt hierbei nach oben. Richten Sie die
vier Streifen auf einer Seite zueinander aus. Beim Zusammensetzen
des Steckungskasten achten Sie darauf, dass Sie keine Vaseline an
die Klebestellen bekommen.
Apply a thin layer of Vaseline to the GRP wing joiner to prevent it
from sticking to the joiner box as it is glued together.
Remove the plywood strips from the laser cut sheet and place one
in front and one behind the wing joiner. A carbon fibre strip is then
placed on the top and bottom. Now slide two wooden clips onto
the assembly. The rounding points upwards. Line up the four strips at
one end. Make sure that you do not get any Vaseline on the gluing
areas.
Le connecteur en fibre de verre est enduit d'une fine couche de
vaseline afin qu'il ne colle pas au boîtier lors du montage.
Posez une bande de bois sur les côtés avant et arrière du con-
necteur en fibre de verre. Sur les côtés supérieur et inférieur, placez
une bande de carbone. Glissez maintenant deux pinces en bois sur
le connecteur. L'arrondi est dirigé vers le haut. Alignez les quatre
bandes sur un côté. Lors de l'assemblage de la boîte de connexi-
on, veillez à ne pas mettre de vaseline sur les points de collage.
