Bevor Sie die Steckungskästen einkleben, kontrollieren Sie, ob sich
die Steckung rechtwinklig in die Hülse schieben lässt und ob der
obere Holm über den Steckungskasten gelegt werden kann. Im
Zweifelsfall arbeiten Sie etwas nach.
Kleben Sie die Steckungskästen möglichst nacheinander ein. Legen
Sie hierzu eine Flächenhälfte flach auf das Baubrett und beschwe-
ren sie die Fläche. Tragen Sie Epoxidkleber auf die Unterseite und
die Kontaktstellen zu den Rippen R1 und R2 auf den Steckungs-
kasten auf. Legen sie ihn in die Tragfläche und schieben Sie die
Steckung durch die Wurzelrippe in den Steckungskasten. Achten
Sie darauf, dass kein Kleber an die Steckung gelangt. Schieben Sie
die zweite Fläche inklusive Steckungshülse auf die Steckung und un-
terlegen Sie die hochstehende Fläche so, dass die Flügelspitze ca.
35 mm über dem Baubrett ist. Klammern Sie die zwei Wurzelrippen
aneinander. Prüfen Sie, ob der obere Holmsteg an allen Stellen auf
den Rippen aufliegen kann. Hierbei ist im Bereich der Steckung und
des Holmstegs besonderes darauf zu achten. Arbeiten Sie, wenn
nötig, diesen Bereich vorsichtig nach.

Before you glue the joiner box, check whether the joiner can
be pushed into the sleeve at right angle and whether the upper
wing spar can be placed over the joiner box. If in doubt, work on
something.
Glue in the joiner boxes one after the other if possible. Lay one wing
panel flat on the board and weigh it down. Apply epoxy glue to
the bottom wing spar and the contact points to the ribs R1 and
R2. Place the joiner box into the wing and push the wing joiner
through the root rib into the joiner box. Make sure that no glue gets
on the joiner. Slide the second wing panel including the joiner box
onto the wing joiner and prop the second wing tip up so the tip is
approx. 35mm above the board. Clamp the two root ribs together
while the epoxy dries. Check whether the upper wing spar can
rest on the ribs at all points. Particular attention must be paid to
the area of the plug-in and the spar. If necessary, rework this area
carefully.
Vérifiez la longueur de l'emboîtement pour voir s'il peut être inséré
complètement dans le manchon. Raccourcir le connecteur à la
longueur correspondante.
Avant de coller les boîtiers de connexion, vérifiez si la connexion
peut être insérée à angle droit dans la douille et si la barre supéri-
eure peut être placée au-dessus du boîtier de connexion. En cas
de doute, ajustez légèrement.
Collez les boîtiers de connexion les uns après les autres si possible.
Pour ce faire, posez une moitié de la surface à plat sur la planche
de construction et alourdissez la surface. Appliquez de la colle épo-
xy sur la face inférieure et les points de contact avec les nervures
R1 et R2 sur le boîtier de connexion. Placez-le dans l'aile et faites
glisser le connecteur à travers la nervure d'emplanture dans le
boîtier de connexion. Veillez à ce qu'il n'y ait pas de colle sur le
connecteur. Glissez la deuxième surface, y compris le manchon
d'emboîtement, sur l'emboîtement et calez la surface relevée de
manière à ce que l'extrémité de l'aile soit à environ 35 mm au-
dessus de la planche de construction. Agrafez les deux nervures
d'emplanture l'une à l'autre.
Vérifiez que l'entretoise supérieure du longeron peut reposer en
tous points sur les nervures. Il convient d'être particulièrement
attentif à la zone de l'emboîtement et de l'âme du longeron. Si
nécessaire, retravaillez cette zone avec précaution.

Kleben Sie den oberen CFK-Holm mit Epoxidkleber auf. Achten Sie
darauf, dass der Holm in der Vertiefung von allen Rippen zu liegen
kommt. Beschweren Sie den Holm gleichmäßig bis zur Aushärtung
des Klebers. Füllen Sie hierbei den Spalt zwischen Steckungskasten
und Holm mit etwas Epoxidharz bzw. Epoxidharz-Mumpe auf.
Der Steckungskasten, der Holmsteg HS und CFK-Holm wird entspre-
chend in die zweite Flächenhälfte eingebaut.
Kontrollieren Sie, ob die vier CFK-Holme an jeder Stelle gut mit den
Rippen verklebt wurde. Im Zweifelsfall kleben Sie nach.
Glue the upper wing spar with epoxy glue. Make sure that the spar
comes to rest in the recess of all ribs. Weigh down the spar evenly
until the adhesive hardens. Fill in the gap between the plug-in box
and the stile with a little epoxy resin or an epoxy resin pump.
The joiner box, the HS rail and the wing spar are installed accordin-
gly in the second half of the surface.
Check whether the four wing spars have been glued well to the ribs
at every point. If in doubt, re-glue.
Collez le longeron supérieur en carbone avec de la colle époxy.
Veillez à ce que le longeron soit placé dans le creux de toutes les
nervures. Lestez le longeron uniformément jusqu'à ce que la colle
durcisse. Remplissez l'espace entre le boîtier de connexion et le
longeron avec un peu de résine époxy ou de mousse époxy.
Le boîtier de connexion, l'entretoise HS et le longeron carbone sont
montés en conséquence dans la deuxième moitié de la surface.
Contrôlez si les quatre longerons en carbone sont bien collés aux
nervures à chaque endroit. En cas de doute, collez après.
