Problem
Ice-maker not making any ice.
No water comes out of the
water dispenser.
Display panel shows „ES".

phone book or the After-sales Service directory. Please
quote the product number (E no.) and production
number (FD no.) of your appliance.
You will find this information on the rating plate.
Please help us to avoid unnecessary journeys by
quoting the appliance and production number. By
doing so, you will save any associated additional
charges.

Possible cause
Ice-maker is switched off.
Freezer compartment temperature
too high.
Ice-cube container not inserted
properly.
Water tank is empty.
Water tank is empty.
Outlet filter is clogged or incorrectly
installed.
Water was drawn off for more than
one minute.
The water dispenser is defective
when the display panel always shows
"ES".
Remedy
Switch on the ice-maker.
Set a slightly colder temperature for the
freezer compartment.
Check the position, re-insert if necessary.
Fill the water tank with drinking water.
Fill the water tank with drinking water.
Remove the outlet filter, clean and install.
The pins at the outlet filter must face down.
As soon as water can be drawn off again,
"ES" is not shown any longer.
