This program will allow you to simmer your vegetables with the possibility of adjusting the cooking
time according to the food you are cooking.

This program is suitable for slow cooking of your meats, its adjustable cooking time will allow you
to cook white meats and red meats to perfection.
The program is composed of two phases:
 A quick cooking step in order to sear the meat where you can adjust the cooking temperature
from 90 ° C to 110 ° C as well as the time between 5 and 15 minutes.
 A step which allows the slow cooking of your preparation. You can control the heating power
between 2 and 6 depending on the meat you are preparing, as well as the cooking time from
10 to 120 minutes.
The program requires your intervention at the end of phase 1, the program pauses so that you can
adjust the various parameters for phase 2 of slow cooking (heating power, time). Once the
parameters have been set, press the start / pause button to start the second cooking phase.
If you do not take action within 15 minutes (pause time), phase 2 will automatically start with the
default settings.
