5.3| PREPARING HOT CHOCOLATE
NOTE
Use the WMF Choc System for this pro-
gramme. (Fig B).
Hold the WMF Choc System (B) by its handle
•
and stand it vertically within the jug. A mag-
net then holds the WMF Choc System (B) to
the floor of the jug.
Fill the jug (4) with chilled milk, observing the
•
MIN and MAX level indicators (see chart). Do
not exceed the indicated maximum, otherwise
milk may slosh out during preparation.
Stand the jug (4) on the device base (5).
•
Add crumbled chocolate to the milk. For opti-
•
mal results, we recommend breaking the
chocolate into small chunks. Alternatively, you
can use ground or powdered chocolate.
Place the lid (1) on the jug (4) and apply
•
slight pressure to ensure that it seals. Ensure
that the end of the handle of the WMF
Choc System (B) is positioned within the lid
mechanism.

from overheating. During the cooling phase, the
hot functions (hot milk foam, hot milk and hot

ing function programme flashes. As soon as the
cooling phase is over, the programme can be
started by pressing the respective function key.
