Selecting tracks

To search rapidly backwards or forwards,

To play the tracks in the current directory in

"MIX DIR" appears on the display.
The MIX symbol appears on the display.
To play the tracks on the MP3 storage device in
random order,

"MIX ALL" appears on the display.
The MIX symbol appears on the display.
Canceling MIX
To stop playing the tracks in random order,
f press the 3 : button repeatedly until
"MIX OFF" appears on the display.
The MIX symbol disappears from the display.

Scanning tracks (SCAN)

To play the tracks on the MP3 storage device in
ascending order for about 10 seconds each,

"SCAN TRK" appears on the display.
To sample all the tracks in the current direc-

"SCAN FLD" appears on the display.
Canceling SCAN
To stop sampling the tracks,
f press the 4 : button repeatedly until
"SCAN OFF" appears on the display.
The currently scanned track will then continue
to be played normally.
Repeating individual tracks or
whole directories (RPT)
To repeat the current track,
f press the 2 : button repeatedly until
"RPT TRK" appears on the display.
The RPT symbol appears on the display.
To repeat the current directory,
f press the 2 : button repeatedly until
"RPT DIR" appears on the display.
The RPT symbol appears on the display.
Canceling RPT
To stop the repeat function,
f press the 2 : button repeatedly until
"RPT OFF" appears on the display.
The RPT symbol disappears from the display.

Pausing playback (PAUSE)

f Press the 1 : button.
The display shows "PAUSE".
