Only weight measurement
Press the „[SET/ON]" button on the display module. The entire display appears as a
self-test until "- - - -" is displayed (Fig. 1).
Audibly, briefly and firmly tap the scale with your foot to activate the vibration
sensor. the LeD first shows red and then switches to green after about 5 se-
conds.
If the control panel is receiving the signal from the scale it shows „0.0" (Fig. 2).
Now the scale is ready to measure your weight. Now step onto the scale. Stand still
on the scale with your weight distributed evenly between both legs. The scale imme-
diately begins to measure your weight.
Weighing, carrying out diagnostics
• Press the „[SET/ON]" button on the control panel. The complete LCD display ap-
pears, then "- - - -" is displayed.
• Now press the button .
• Select the memory space where your personal data are stored by repeatedly pres-
sing the or keys and confirm with „[SET/ON]". These data are then displayed
consecutively until "- - - -" appears (Fig. 1).
• Audibly, briefly and firmly tap the scale with your foot to activate the vibration sen-
sor. The LED first shows red and then switches to green after about 5 seconds.
If the control panel is receiving the signal from the scale it shows „0.0" (Fig. 2).
• Step onto the scale barefoot and make sure that you are standing still with your
weight evenly distributed between both legs on the stainless steel electrodes.
note: Your feet, legs, calves and thighs must not touch each other.
Otherwise the measurement cannot be performed correctly.The scale immediately begins to measure
your weight.
The scales begin weighing immediately. First, the weight is displayed. Whilst the further parameters are
being measured an „arrow on the left edge of the display" appears (fig. 3).
Your measured weight is displayed shortly after this (Fig 4).
Measure weight, call up stored values, perform diagnosis
• Press the „[SET/ON]" button on the control panel. The complete LCD display appears, then "- - - -" is
displayed.
• Now press the button. .
• Select the memory space where your personal data are stored by repeatedly pressing the
and confirm with „[SET/ON]".
• Firstly your stored data are displayed consecutively, followed by the last measured values.
Firstly the following display appears.
1. Weight in kg
2. Body fat in % with interpretation of BF
3. Body water in %
4. Muscle percentage in %
5. Bone mass in kg
6. Active metabolic rate in kcal
Switching off the scale
The scale and the control panel switch off automatically after 10 minutes. While you adjust the settings it
takes 90 seconds before the control panel automatically switches off.
Hold the „[SET/ON]" button depressed for 3 seconds to switch off the display module manually.
Make sure that you always switch on the scale first and wait for the display to show „0.0" (Fig. 2) before
stepping on it.
