• Switch the control panel on by pressing the „[SET/ON]" key.
• Then wait until the display " - - - -" appears.
• Start setting with the „[SET/ON]" key. The first memory space flashes in the display.
• Select the required memory space with the / key and confirm with the Set key
• Now you can adjust the following settings:
user data
Memory position
Body height
Age
Sex
Degree of activity
• Modifying values: Press
• Confirming entries: Press the„[SET/ON]" button.
• Once the values have been displayed, "- - - -"appears in the display.
• Audibly, briefly and firmly tap the scale with your foot to activate the vibration sensor. The LED on the
scale first shows red and then switches to green after about 5 seconds. At the same time, the display
switches to "0.0".
• Now the scale is ready to measure your weight. Now step onto the scale. Stand still on the scale with
your weight distributed evenly between both legs. The scale immediately begins to measure your weight.
If no further action is performed, the scale and the control panel switch off.

9. Operation

Place the scale on a firm level floor (no carpet); a firm floor covering is required for correct mea-
surement.
Make sure that the control panel and the scale are in line of sight to each other. Do not cover the receiver
and transmitter. The maximum distance between control panel and scale is 2 m.

Low: A small amount of light physical effort (e.g. short walks, light garden work,
gymnastic exercises).
Medium: Physical effort for 30 minutes at least 2 to 4 times a week.
High: Physical effort for 30 minutes at least 4 to 6 times a week.
Very high: Intensive physical effort, intensive training or hard physical work for at
least one hour daily.
