Displaying your own phone number during a call

If you need to know which number the conference phone can be reached on while a call
is being made, simply press the

Adjusting the ring tone volume

You can adjust the ring tone volume in 5 steps or switch off the ring tone completely with
the buttons. When the ring tone is switched off, the
display and incoming calls are only signalled visually by means of the three indicator
lights. You can find out how to change the ring tone in Chapter 7.1.
Note: To switch off the ring tone altogether, simply press and hold the

Recording conferences

You can record conferences and telephone calls on a voice recorder, for example, using
the audio output on the left-hand side of the base station. Connect the audio output to
the input of your recorder. Please use a mini jack plug (mono).
