Remove the blade fixing screw (5) and locking device (6), unscrew the nut (7) and remove the
blade pin(8):

The moving blade can be replaced now (9). Add grease to the fix blade in the indicated
position(10):

Repeat the inverse procedure to reassemble the tool. During the reassemble operation add grease
to the blade pins.

Between operation 5 and 4, move the blade by hand to evaluate the smooth relative movement
between the blades. If the movement is difficult the locking nut has to be released by one step. If
there is lateral freeplay the locking nut has to be tightened of one step.
15.5 Fixed blade replacement

Follow the procedure at par. 15.3 for moving blade replacement up to point (9).

Remove fixed blade screw (1) and pull out the fixed blade (2):
