13 Troubleshooting

Problem
The product does not turn on.
No image is shown on the screen.
Contrast, Brightness, Colour,
Sharpness and Tint options are
disabled.
Screen image is not centred or
sized properly.
Image colours do not seem correct.
Image bounces, flickers, or has
wave patterns.
Image is blurry, or has a ghosting or
shadowing problem.

14 Cleaning and care

Important:
– Do not use harsh cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions. They damage the housing and
can cause the product to malfunction.
– Do not rinse the product under the tap or expose to moisture.
– Do not immerse the product in water.
1. Disconnect the product and connected devices from the mains outlet before cleaning.
2. Clean the monitor with a soft, dry cloth.
3. Wipe the screen with a soft, clean and dry cloth. If necessary, add a few drops of lens cleaning solution to the
cloth, or use a lens cleaning tissue.
4. Store the product in a shaded, cool and dry place.
Possible cause
Replace the batteries in the remote control.
Make sure the power adapter is firmly connected to the monitor and
mains socket.
Check that the mains outlet has power.
Check the power and cable connections.
The input source selected is incorrect. If the "No Signal" message is
shown on the screen, change the source by pressing the INPUT button
on the remote control and press OK to confirm.
Set the Picture Mode to "User".
Adjust the Aspect Ratio in PICTURE via the Menu button.
Adjust the Colour Temperature in PICTURE via the Menu button.
Move electrical or wireless devices that may cause interference away from
the monitor.
Adjust the Contrast and Brightness in PICTURE > Picture Mode via the
Menu button.
Make sure you are not using an extension video cable or switch box.
