Injector replacement

(Fig. 3 on page 3)
• Unscrew the gas supply pipe-valve connection sleeve of the
heater mechanism (pos. 2).
• Pull and remove the bushing pin (pos. 3).
• Pull and remove the gas supply pipe from the heater mecha-
nism gas inlet slot (pos. 4).
• Dismantle the current injector and insert a new injector ap-
propriate to the gas system intended to be used (pos. 5).
• Fix the gas supply pipe in its place (pos. 1).
• Check gas leakage of the valve connection sleeve with soap
foam. Never perform any gas leakage check with fire (match-
es).
• Remove the ON/OFF switch of the heater mechanism (pos. 6).
• Remove the
and insert an appropriate screw (pos. 7).
• Fix the ON/OFF switch in its place (pos. 1).

Preparation before use

• Remove all protective packaging and wrapping.
• Check that the device is in good condition and with all ac-
cessories. In case of incomplete or damaged delivery, please
contact the supplier immediately. In this case, do not use the
device.
• Clean the accessories and the appliance before use (See ==>
Cleaning & Maintenance).
• Make sure the appliance is completely dry.
• Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and heat resistant
surface that is safe against water splashes.
• Keep the packaging if you intend to store your appliance in
the future.
• Keep the user manual for future reference.
NOTE! Due to manufacturing residues, the appliance may emit
a light odor during the first few uses. This is normal and does
not indicate any defect or hazard. Make sure the appliance is
well ventilated.
Operating instructions
Preliminaries
• Plug the appliance in and turn on all burners (fig. 1/pos. 2)
using switches (fig. 1/pos. 3) on the side of the frame (fig. 1/
pos. 1). To do so, press the switch and rotate it anti-clockwise
to a position B (fig. 2/pos. B). Keep the switch pressed for
10-15 seconds.
• Turn on the meat rotation by using the motor switch (fig. 1/
pos. 5). Set it to position "I" (fig. 2/pos. E) to make it rotate

clockwise, or to position "II" (fig. 2/pos. F) to make it rotate
anti-clockwise.
• To turn the motor off set the motor switch to position "0" (fig.
2/pos. D).
Operation
• Turn on the lowest ON/OFF burner and set it to position B.
• The gas is now flowing out of the heater, ignite it immidietaly
and keep the switch pressed for 10-15 seconds before
releasing.
• Ignite other burners in regards to the amount of meat in use.
• Lock the bottom skewer mechanism (fig. 1/pos. 10) using
the bottom fixing lever (fig. 1/pos. 11) in the desired meat
position.
• Move the upper skewer locking mechanism (fig. 1/pos. 8)
alongside the guide rail (fig. 1/pos. 7) to the middle position.
• Insert the skewer (fig. 1/pos. 9) with kebab meat into the
lower and upper locking mechanisms (fig. 1/pos. 8; 10) and
lock the upper mechanism.
• To move the meat closer or further from the burners loos-
en the fixing levers (fig. 1/pos. 6; 11) and move the skewer
locking mechanisms in the desired direction. Lock the levers
afterwards.
• To reduce the amount of heat you can turn the individual
burners switches to position C (fig. 2/pos. C).
• When roasting the meat is finished, turn all the burners
switches to position 0 (fig. 2/pos. A). If there is a longer inac-
tivity period planned, unplug the appliance.
Cleaning & maintenance
• ATTENTION! Always disconnect the appliance from the pow-
er supply and cool down before storage, cleaning & main-
tenance.
• Do not use water jet or steam cleaner for cleaning and do not
push the appliance under the water as the parts will get wet
and electric shock might be resulted.
• If the appliance is not kept in a good state of cleanliness, this
can adversely affect the life of the appliance and result in a
dangerous situation.
• Food residues should be regularly cleaned and removed from
the appliance. If the appliance is not cleaned properly, it will
reduce its lifespan and may result in a dangerous condition
during use.
Cleaning
• Clean the cooled exterior surface with a cloth or sponge
slightly dampened with a mild soap solution.
• For reasons of hygiene, the appliance should be cleaned be-
fore and after use.
• Avoid water contacting the electrical components.
• Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
• Never use aggressive cleaning agents, abrasive sponges, or
cleaning agents containing chlorine. Do not use steel wool,
metallic utensils, or any sharp or pointed objects for clean-
ing. Do not use petrol or solvents!
• No parts are dishwasher safe.
Maintenance
• Check the operation of the appliance regularly to prevent se-
rious accidents.
• If you see that the appliance is not working properly or that
